F.A.Q

1. What the hell is this?

A Blaze In The Northern Sky is a fansite based on the dark fantasy tabletop RPG Mörk Borg.

2. What's this site for?

It's a place where I can document my solo Mörk Borg campaign in a format akin to writing fiction. Chapters here will be divided by objectives, adventures, you name it.

3. What's Mörk Borg in a nutshell?

A dying world where the inevitable end was long prophesized by the Two-Headed Basilisk and where miserable bastards, heretics and downtrodden scum try to endure while it lasts.

The metal-as-fuark artworks and the zine-like rulebook aside, Mörk Borg is what happens if you don't have time to play or DM a game like Dungeons & Dragons. The rules and dice rolls are very simple yet your (potentially) low stats and the game's difficulty can quickly snuff you if you are not careful or try to murder-hobo everything.

TLDR: losing is fun and everybody will die.

4. Why does your site look funny in my phone?

This whole place was designed with desktop in mind so if you have a PC or laptop I highly recommend you surf with that. Still, I tried my best to ensure that you won't at least have a hard time reading in your phone too. If you can't see all the links in the navigation bar, flip your phone to landscape or click one of the hyperlinks in the Front Door page.

5. You got any active socials?

Nope. If you wanna send yer feedback feel free to post in my Neocities profile.

6. Can I see them supplements you are playing with?

You can view them here.

7. Stupid question but who's your favorite author?

Cormac McCarthy. A lot of his writing style infected mine since around 2023.

Blood Meridian and Child Of God are my absolute favorites. (The film adaptation of No Country For Old Men is fuarking nova too.)

8. Favorite band?

What is this, MySpace?

9. Please please add some musics in every page evar?

Much as I want to like I did in the splash page, I think it's best I just leave the pages in communal silence. Go on and play whatever at your own pace and volition in your devices. In line with Mörk Borg I personally let my ears be assaulted by doom or black metal. Or maybe dungeon synth sprinkled with some kvlt.

10. Will there be any more questions?

I think so far I covered what I could ask myself as a visitor. If you got any of your own feel free to address a message in my profile and I'll see to 'em yea?

11. Lemme see some aye-dee, perp!

It's Kino Ohlin. Nuff said.
